In an exclusive conversation with Local 18, the shop’s manager Manish Sahni told that Ras Madhuri is one of the most special and famous sweets of this shop. It is very mildly sweet and can be consumed by anyone.

People from the district including Jharkhand, Bihar and Madhya Pradesh also come to buy it. This is a chisel item. It is very soft. It dissolves as soon as you put it in the mouth. It is sold at Rs 400 per kg and Rs 30 per piece. This sweet is available in 12 to 15 pieces in 1 kg. Whenever you visit this shop, you will see most of the customers buying Ras Madhuri.
